The challenge
The institute wanted to study, in a cohort of children and teenagers with asthma, how treatments work and whether symptoms stay under control over time. That meant collecting every participant’s answers every month: reliable data, without answering becoming a chore.
The solution
We designed and built an app where the monthly questionnaire is answered like a conversation, with short messages and a friendly tone, and where every answer gets a small reward. Each participant signs in with their own activation code.

Result
Published on the App Store by Start.cat in 2017, the app has remained in use with later updates.
